of wings and things glass art is an Irish company owned and run by me, Eva Walsh. With a background in Fine Art, and a keen interest in fairy tales and Irish culture and folklore, my glass work consists of illustrative fused glass and stained glass art pieces. The glass is decorated and illustrated using hand-painting and/or printing techniques. The finished result is hand-decorated original hand-crafted glass art pieces.
I have a range of decorated fused glass light-catchers available for purchase, from airy winged hearts to a playful cup of tea. I am currently crafting fairy tale characters, such as Red Riding Hood and Bluebeard, with hand-painted and screen-printed elements. Also available is a selection of glass art jewellery items, such as unique fused glass pendants.
There is also a range of handmade lino-print cards available for special occasions, such as weddings and Christmas.
All of my glass art and cards are designed and handmade with love in my home studio in rural Co. Sligo.
