Glass is my chosen medium: I draw on it, paint it, print on it, and then fire it, creating original stained glass pieces. Using the technique of lino-printing I also make unique cards. I find inspiration in the animal world and in human nature, both it's light and dark aspects.

A gorgeous green kiln-fired fused glass heart light-catcher, hand-painted with patterns inspired by Celtic artwork. Once painted, the glass is kiln-fired to a high temperature with clear glass, to fuse the pieces together. Finished with a silver bail and either, a Czech glass bead with gold shamrock, or a red glass heart bead, and gold organza ribbon. The 4 designs are: shamrock and hearts, Celtic knot, heart pattern and brown shamrock.

Suction cup is included for hanging in window.

Each piece is cut, ground, hand-painted, kiln-fired and finished with love in my home studio in rural Co. Sligo.

Glass measures 7 x 7cm.

Beautifully packaged in a blue hessian drawstring pouch with lace, making it an ideal Irish glass gift.
