Glass is my chosen medium: I draw on it, paint it, print on it, and then fire it, creating original stained glass pieces. Using the technique of lino-printing I also make unique cards. I find inspiration in the animal world and in human nature, both it's light and dark aspects.

This fused glass Winged Heart is a symbol of freedom and love. The red glass heart is the universal symbol for love and invokes feelings of desire and affection. The wings symbolise the boundless freedom that love offers. This fused glass light-catcher includes hand-painted and screen-printed elements. The wings are carefully hand-painted on opal white glass, while the word 'dreams' is screen-printed on clear glass that is, in turn, fused with the heart. All of the glass components are cut, ground, and fused together at a very high temperature in the kiln to create this unique glass Winged Heart.

Finished with a black organza ribbon for hanging. Hang in a window and let the love shine in! Suction cup included for hanging.
