The heart is the universal symbol for love and invokes feelings of desire and affection. The wings symbolise the boundless freedom that love offers.
The wings are hand-painted on opal white glass. Each piece of glass is cut and ground and all kiln-fired to a very high temperature to fuse together. Finished with a black organza ribbon for hanging.
Crafted with love in my home studio in rural Co. Sligo.
